The people that answer the phones are very rude. Like that hate there lifes n there jobs. Yall need new people
Been here multiple times and, the staff has been more than rude everytime. Also average 30-60 minute wait times. Not including the misdiagnosis of my wife. She was having renal failure which we had to go to St. Mary's ER and they had it figured out in 30 minutes. So I called back to deaconess to find out what the tests showed after my wife spent 8 days in the hospital. And I was told her tests were fine and her blood sugar was just a little low... Fine establishment here
The only ones I have found to be rude are the receptionists working there. The ones who answer for Dr. Murphy in particularly. I have not seen him for over a year and they yell at me on the phone about it. Soon it will be two years because I will not be disrespected that way....I hang up on them after saying, "Good day." They are yelling at me for something that is their fault. Dr. Murphy is a great and thurough doctor. Sure wish I could get in. I have some kind of virus I can't shake NOW! Gee thanks rude people. You create a hostile environment no one wants to put up with. Careful before someone else sues you for it! ......addition: I decided not to hang up anymore and do something about it. I registered on my chart. The nurse who works with Dr. Murphy got saw my messages. She called me. We talked about the attitude of a certain receptionist. The nurse was very kind. Write a letter or send a message on my chart. Don't let one bad apple represent the whole bunch. You will be heard and be glad you did. Thank you so much Dr. Murphy for making a change! My rating is going from one star to four ☺
I love my doctor but the receptionists (one in particular) are extremely condescending and just plain rude. The office can seem pretty pretty unorganized at times which is concerning.
I have to go often and I am very pleased myself. My doctor is always kind and willing to help me in anyway possible. I also as of now have never had any problems with anyone else. They are very curtious and professional.
