Would not recommend.
I have had the ability to live all over the country and this is worse than military barracks. There are holes in the walls where the bathroom lights are. The downstairs closet can be made into a handicap barroom via the drainage pipes that are covered with duct tape. The "High efficiency" AC and heater system runs almost 24hrs a day. Blows heat in the winter but in order to "keep the air circulating" blows cold air more than hot jacking your bill to crazy high. Oh my dome light in the living room fell down. John is nice but find something else if you value your living space and wallet.
I moved in this summer and moved out after a week. There was new carpet but the pad wasn't replaced and began to smell horrible when the fresh paint and new carpet smell wore off. The windows were absolutely disgusting as well as all of the light fixtures. There was a huge stain in the upstairs bedroom where the carpet wasn't replaced. Managements solution was to give me a used area rug to just cover it up. You could smell urine from the nearby sewer plant.
I moved out after a week and they still billed me for the entire months electric bill. They were not willing to pay any of it so I payed for someone elses electric. The manager John is very nice but that's about all the positive things I have to say about Prince West.
Its spacious for the price and they allow me to have my dog here i am very satisfied
