been here some 11 years, all the property managers have been great, friendly and will take a moment to have short conversation, always asking about my health, current prop manager is good about that. house keeping is also tops, they have always worked to keep the bays and stairways clean and know they work extra hard when apartments come open. Melissa is also good at being willing to short conversations and ask about my health. Maintenance, Mark and John two of the best, they always have something to do - on the occasions I've needed work they have gotten it done the same day. in the winter even on weekends if necessary they are here clearing sidewalks. the latest contract work with sidewalk repairs left a lot to be desired, before there were no puddles on the sidewalks after a rain, now small pools even in front of bay entrances and the office. in my past 20 years of construction this should of never been passed off on but should of been fixed. there should not be pools of standing water in new sidewalks .
