I've had really good experiences with this company. Any time I've had to call for customer service they have been polite and prompt in helping me with any issue that I had. Shipping was fast and quality was great. We love their items and can't wait to be able to shop for more!
As I'm sure pretty much anyone else has, I've ordered plenty of things online. That being said Medieval Collectibles is the absolute best online store I have ever ordered from. My first purchase from them came promptly with just the standard shipping option selected. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised to see our wedding swords come so early, and we were both more than pleased with the quality of the items we purchased. My second purchase was very large and consisted of 8 items. I did not receive all the items as I had hoped and have yet to receive the missing items, but I would still give this business a 5 star rating as their customer service representatives Mya, and Bailey have been helpful and respond to me promptly which is what makes for a great customer service experience, and is exactly why I have made a third order from them.

Spent a lot of money on this site. I received my order and one of my items was in pieces. I contacted them and just asked for it to be replace and shipped express as a compensation so I could have it time for an event. They refused. Very poor customer service. But I do like there products and pricing.
