Great service and value
I used to really like this place, but over the past 3 years their service has taken a nose dive. They rarely have my tires in stock and they won't hold them, either. I could call one day and come in the next and my tires are gone. They don't seem to understand that the hours they are open are the same hours most people work. I went in for an oil change on a Wednesday morning thinking I could squeeze it in before work after a Dr appt. I sat for over 2 hours and there wasn't but about 3 other customers when I arrived. Their waiting area is anything but comfortable. It has 6 or 7 banquet chairs, one television playing the news over and over, tar-like coffee, and no vending machines. The chairs were so uncomfortable that I walked more than I sat. Their public bathroom is the same used by staff and it is disgusting. On other visit, I purchased 2 tires for my daughter's SUV. Without asking, they put the white walls out on the 2 new tires. Why? Especially if the other 2 are black wall? On top of that, the wheels were unbalanced. I only give two stars instead of one because they haven't ever screwed up an oil change and this is the only place in town you can go in without an appointment besides Wal-Mart. If they required an appt, they'd get one star.
Have always had a good experience here. I get my oil changed here and get my tires here. Never had any issues. I've also had some minor front-end work done here.
